I paid extra for a longer message and Tim didn’t bother to read it all. He clearly hadn’t read the message before recording and just rushed through it, getting details wrong and stopping mid way when he considered it finished, not when my message ended. I also asked for a joke to be made but he didn’t really bother. No extra thought was put into it. Very disappointing considering the 5 star reviews and cost.
