I asked Thoren for some advice on a topic where he's particularly qualified: sports psychology. He was super generous with his time, touching on a lot of areas that he thought might be relevant. There were some particularly insightful processes that I'm excited to put into practice, and some others that I've already started doing or that (happily) aren't relevant to my situation (no gym grind culture in my feed thank goodness!)
