TERRIBLE. This guy does not follow the script/message request at all. And if you want to dispute that, you need to pay an additional 20$! Ridiculous. Imagine paying 50$ for a short clip with a few words, and he can't even deliver that! Pity because I had high hopes he'd deliver something great. Avoid at all costs. Otherwise, good luck!

I didn't get what I requested whatsoever. It was supposed to be wishing someone a happy birthday and I didn't get any mention of a birthday whatsoever. For $40 I'd hope to at least get the phrase I asked for in the personalization part and a bit more effort than doing it as you're walking into a Walmart.
