Overall, disappointing experience where the VT kept saying she didn't know my daughter's name tho it was on the form and no mention of the fact that my daughter is vegan. She did not sing even a line of one of her songs tho the request was made. Almost $100 and not what we expected or wanted.

She made the sweetest video and made my friend have a really good laugh and gave positive vibes, just like she needed really hard. Miss Katie is so kindhearted and she really delivered that kind personality in the video. The video was to give my friend some good feelings in a hard time and it helped so much what Miss Katie did for her. Thank you so much! It is really appreciated and so precious.
