My daughter was surprised and absolutely loved the video. Jay Fett went way above and beyond and sent a vid that was personal, genuine, and heart felt. My daughter was touched, and more importantly, inspired. It was clear Jay Fett considered what she would say and didn't just submit a response filled with platitudes and a generic "you got this."
