I ordered a message for my son’s 6th birthday as he is a huge Ninja Kidz fan. The first line of my brief instructions asked to please wish my son a happy 6th birthday. Instead, the video wishes him a happy belated Valentine’s Day, which is very odd to give my son as a birthday present! I’m sure this was an honest error, but I’ve been trying to contact Paxton/Cameo to ask him to please re-do this using the correct info and have been unsuccessful. Bday is in 2 days so olease help me resolve asap!
