What a horrible experience. I had special instructions on 2 things I wanted mentioned (very short and very appropriate) and he said neither of them. Very generic and only happy birthday. I emailed Cameo asking for this to be made right, and the response was they would do nothing about it. I would not waste my money on this business unless you want to overpay for a 10 second message that the person just says something generic.
