I lodged request multiple times over the year with no response, I tried again one more time months later and she responded. But, it was a depressing video! What was supposed to be a hello shout out, she complained how bad her day is, how busy she is and basically made out its big inconvenience for her. Couldnt barely even smile. It was supposed to be a gift for my father, which I did not give it was that bad. And he is one of her biggest fans. So Dissapointing. If not interested, dont do it
