It's extremely disappointing—the amount of time it takes him to send a video is unbelievable. On top of that, every time he sends some video where you can't see anything, and he apologizes, saying he'll send the full video the next morning. That was 14 days ago. In the meantime, I’ve written to support twice and will be reimbursed for my costs. Still, I actually would have preferred to get the video because my girlfriend is a huge fan. Anyway, my conclusion on the whole thing: not recommended.
