I absolutely adore Ian and everything he does for his fans. I understand that he is extremely busy these days but I did not get the Cameo video I paid for. I ordered a birthday video for my grandson and received a mini video stating he would record the actual bday video soon. We never received the video. Needless to say I had a very upset bday boy. I did receive a refund however I still had a very upset bday boy.
