When I asked for lifting advice from the Stick I fully expected something special but even still he surpassed my expectations. He dropped a 20 minute video for me with practical and amazing advice with little tidbits for my specific fitness goals while also manically shouting about other stuff. This is my second cameo I’ve bought from Sticky Ricky for my husband and honestly these have been some of the funniest yet most genuine videos ever.
