Scott, thank you for my video. You made my day & cheered me up. To answer your question, I stepped on a raised door sill wrong, which made my left ankle roll & fracture. Lost balance & fell with my right knee hitting the floor, cracking my kneecap. Luckily(?) it happened when I was leaving the HOSPITAL after an appt. The floor of course was super hard tile. If I had fallen at home my knee may have only been bruised. 😩 So the staff got me up & straight to the ER. Got me out of cooking Thanksgiving dinner at least.
