I organised the video for my husband on behalf of our sons. He's a huge StarTrek fan and whilst I have been neutral to the series all these years when watching in the background, I am now a fan of Robert Picardo. What a gentleman! He went above and beyond for a video to remember for a lifetime. He's extremely likeable and seems good "craic" as we'd say in Ireland. Sincerely the best present ever, thank you so SO much, each word was highly appreciated. A fantastic actor and an absolute gent.
