Nick did a splendid job. He took every small tidbit I gave and ran with it. It was like he was reading my mind. My friend was gob smacked. They are a huge Les Miz fan and as soon as Nick's face appears on their screen, they said "Wait that's Nick from Les Miz....what? how? what?..." Nick really made their day and mine too. Seeing my friend so happy was so rewarding. I know Nick is an actor but his sincerity shown through the monitor. Well done, Sir and thank you!
