I was pleased when my request would be fulfilled after 5 months, better late then never, but when I saw a 5sec. video of nothing, again?!?!?!! for the 2nd time for my birthday.....and I don't even think Michael does this himself, he sounds like a much nicer person than to upload these crappy videos and than to send a message that you will request a reimbursement?? Does Michael know this is happening? I'll gladly pay and edit my review if my original request is done properly.
