The first video that Max sent was not usable as the sound was barely audible and he did not mention the name of the person who the video was for. I contacted Cameo and they submitted a request for Max to redo the video. The second video that Max did was great. It was hilarious and creative and he mentioned my friend’s name. Overall, Max will go off script but the result is very authentic and memorable as it does not feel formulaic at all. When it hits, it hits hard but it did take two attempts
