Josh was very enthusiastic, & video quality was great. I was expecting a little more personalization & maybe a little closer to a full minute in length though. The birthday girl and I are huge fans of Josh and loved him in Joseph & Tarzan at Tuacahn, so I was hoping for maybe a mention of that or something more. Also, I said the birthday girl worked in a pharmacy, not that she's a pharmacist. (She's a tech.) That didn't matter as much though, and she thought that was funny, so it works!
