Jonathan Del Arco was very friendly and authentic, which I would highly recommend him for (and commend him for). However, while the recipient was happy enough, she didn't know all the information I had included. I paid the extra $20 to give more information on the recipient, none of which was referred to. He could have personalized the video MUCH MORE within the same time frame. Also, there was a distracting reflection - sort of like red-eye; not a big deal but could be improved upon.
