Turnaround time was excellent and my wife will be so excited to see this video; she just loves Eric. I just wish there was a little more pre-review/preparation using the info given. He literally read each item I gave in the background section off his screen as he was recording. I guess I expected a little more improv instead of going through info like a bullet list.
