The person we made the cameos name was never used, or who it’s from, and none of the key points to go off of were used. It was a quick turn around but not at all what I was paying for. Seemed like a generic video he had pre recorded which seemed to be geared towards Christmas which is over with at this point of purchase. Maybe there was a misunderstanding on his end but it seems like he was just trying to collect money and put in no effort either way Disappointing. Please make it right thanks.

Absolute dogshit video and he said the first 5 words of the video and then started mumbling off-script for some reason.I paid extra for more characters, and even had simplifed pronunciation in the script.This guy couldn't read a Dr Seuss book in simplified English.Its somehow funny, but sad the same time how badly he botched this cameo.
