I paid Bear two times as first video was blank and 2 secs long. Second video I tried to get was 3 days late, even though I paid the extra for 24 hour delivery. It came late, blank and also 1 second. So disappointing as was for my sisters wedding on Friday, they are massive fans of the show. No option for refund and 2 blank videos later. Would not recommend, its a scam. DO NOT PAY for this service.
