Ally was wonderful!!! I did try my best to get her to pronounce Karmyns name right (Carmen) but when doing these videos and reading the instructions it can get confusing. My daughter about flipped out when she found out I got her Nebraska VS Kentucky tickets in Nashville. Karmyn just tore her ACL and has to have surgery and she's been so upset, Ally gave amazing words of encouragement to her and I really think it made her feel better. And this video came so fast like within 2 hours I was VERY impressed 😁
