They delivered the video in under 24 hours, which I appreciate. However, since I paid extra for the 24-hour request, I expected more care and personalization. The name was mispronounced and was barely audible, which takes away from what makes a Cameo special and personal. I also hoped for a longer, more enthusiastic message that felt heartfelt instead of scripted. At only 29 seconds, it felt rushed and not worth the price.
