Thank you for everything you said, it’s been really hard to think of stuff I’d be leaving behind and about how it would affect my family. I’m still going to therapy and hoping it gets better. I’m gonna keep trying and hoping it starts to improve I’m just so tired mentally now it’s hard to snap out of it most the time.
