Beverly was as fantastic as we all remember her from Christmas Vacation. Sweet, with a heartfelt video and holiday wish, and talking about everything I asked about in the request form. The turnaround on the video was extremely quick, especially considering it was around Christmas, which is I'm sure a busy time for her and videos. I'd give her a 15 out of 10!
