Her warmth, humor, and genuineness shined through. It was the perfect surprise for a dedicated "OC" fan! Would highly recommend!

This was even better than I expected! The turnaround was very fast, and Ms. Clarke seemed genuinely happy for my friend for whom I purchased the video. She was lovely, very kind, and had some great words of encouragement. Absolutely would recommend getting a video from her, it made my friend VERY happy.
