A little bummed that we sent a video with more information/context and specific requests but apparently he didn’t see it because he didn’t mention any of the things we asked for. If the celebrity doesn’t get notified there is a video, please do not offer it as an option. This is the 2nd video we’ve purchased for our superfan friend. The first was fantastic. Honestly, I’m a little disappointed that he seemed annoyed by having to do it and he was not notified that we paid for the 24 hour option until too late

My friend was so happy with her surprise gift! Steven went above and beyond and was funny and charming and shared personal stories & reflections from his time working on Discovery of Witches. Thank you, Steven! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The only issue is the audio is out of sync with the video. It’s sort of funny, but is it possible to reload the video so they are in sync? My friend will treasure this video for years to come & I’d love for it to be the right version if possible.
