He was so warm & conversational, it felt like a message from an old friend. It's going to be the best surprise for my kids' 13th birthday. Covered everything mentioned in my request & even checked in for some clarifications to make sure it was perfect. Gave some very sweet words of wisdom for my new teenagers.
