Michael is awesome! He sent such a great video, my girlfriend (who’s a big fan of his) loved it! He truly cared and appreciated the opportunity to provide a personal message to a fan. Was pleasantly surprised that the length of the video was longer than expected and he really read and commented on all the notes I provided.
