Another amazing Cameo and a great way to wrap up October. Your advice in handling depression and anxiety is spot on. I’m still working my way on hope to cope with said issues and hopefully it’ll get better in time. Awesome work on Side Kick Holds and the kicking combos as well. Truly appreciate the pep talk Mark. There is a lot going on in end lately it’s been very rough trying to stay positive as things at home and life are a little hectic. But in you saying what needs to be said, it is definitely helpful. Keep on training and stretching as well as keeping your mind stress-free is a good way to stay positive and fully focused. 💪💪🥋☯️
