I booked this for mother’s day for my best friend and nell let me know she wasn’t able to do it right away, and sent a short video explaining that she will complete the request. That was about a month ago and I haven’t heard anything since, but I know she’s a very busy lady!! I’ve tried messaging a few times but I’m not sure she received them. This might be the best thing I've ever seen. Not only did Nell make this personalized, and quickly, but she did it with actual LOVE that we can FEEL!!! I contacted her about my best buddy's wedding and I still can't believe how amazing it turned out. Fans...seriously. Do yourself a favor and let your blood pressure rise when you get your video!!! Just hearing her say my name was awesome lol. SO MUCH LOVE!!!!
