Lance went above and beyond. My son was overwhelmed with joy when he saw it. Lance made sure his video was personalized to my kiddo, and things going on in his life, and that is what sets his videos apart. It’s not often you get something special from one of your heroes. This was truly a gift my son will not forget thanks to Lance. His communication and delivery were both quick and that was so appreciated as well.
