I hate to have to say this, but I'm bitterly disappointed. I wanted a personalized message for my daughter from all 3 members of KeiiNO, but instead I got a generic message--no mention of my daughter's name--from 1 member. I was so looking forward to my daughter's joy and excitement; I feel let down.
