Very sweet message! I really needed the pep talk. Taking care of the mentally challenged can be difficult. Most of the guys I take care of don't talk. One we call Big Baby, has a 3 to 6 years old mind with a 230 lbs of man's body. He says 2 words 'Mama' and a universal 'Uhda' word. He signs a few words, especially knows Treat and Movie. The work can get mundane. I became a Caregiver 13 years ago after my parents passed away in the same year, I was just 38. I've been a Caregiver since. Thank you so much!
