As always, was incredibly sweet and thoughtful and funny, and got me so excited to finally meet this incredible person, in person, in October, at the New York City, comic con!!! Mr. Harnell's message was a Christmas greeting for my brother, who grew up with one of his characters, Wooton Bassett. It was a joy to see Wooton's warmth and kindness reflected so clearly in Mr. Harnell himself. It brightened Christmas not only for my brother, but for our entire family, too. Mr. Harnell's video was of good quality, his response was prompt, and his message was sincerely positive. Five stars!
