Mr. Hill was very kind and did not only my request in character as Ed but also spoke to me as himself which really made the video message feel all the more personal. He was diligent to not miss any part of my requests and was very kind and patient and even interrupted an activity he was doing to speak to me. Got this for my daughter as a present for her college graduation. She is a 90s baby and Ed, Edd n Eddy was her favorite show growing up. she loved it! She told me that she felt “like a little kid seeing a video from santa” and I saw her reaction, she was glowing! Felt like a congrats from a childhood friend. Highly recommend Mr. Hill. I order a birthday message for a close friend of mine from Matt and to say that Matt was kind, funny, and went above and beyond would be an understatement. I had only asked for a simple "happy birthday" and instead he sang a custom birthday song for my friend and wished them and everyone in their life a good day.
