Thank you so much! Procrastination can be a b****.I struggle with it, especially with everyday ‘adult’ things. I find that making a small list for each day of manageable tasks can help ease the anxiety. No matter how small or big the tasks are if you’re able to cross them off it’s an accomplishment.
