The personal touches Charles put into his message to Paula brought out all the feels…she was surprised, shocked, smiling, belly-laughing, crying, and ended it all by declaring, “that was AWESOME!” I knew it was gonna be perfect when he worked so patiently with me trying to get to know more about her, but the actual message blew my expectations outta the park! This wonderful man brought my grandma tears of joy in his beautiful video! Charles is a sweetheart who put so much love and thought into the video he made.
