Not only did you deliver in a lightning-fast 3 hours, but you had the kindness to include genuine advice from your own life. As someone who has watched you for 20 years, such generosity is incredibly moving and inspiring. You work hard to make people feel cared about. Thank you for doing that for my BIL and SIL.
