Thank you Bonnie, for taking the time out of your Thanksgiving holiday to record a message. Your concern for me is touching, but I have found joy and you will too. It has been many years since my mom's passing, so my goad was to share my experience and some "mom" wisdom. Specifically that your relationship with your dad will evolve now and will become something new and amazing. Its ok to miss your mom, but still take time to appreciate your dad. He is here now. Thank you times a million, Bonnie! The video was perfect and I’m happy you opened up and expressed your feelings. Sophie is adorable, her summer hair cut is lovely! We never get used to new reality such as this one you’re facing now, but through time and with support you learn to navigate life again. You realize you’re just living differently, loss & grief change us and there is no avoiding it. I don’t think time makes the loss easier or the grief less, I think time just gives us the room to manage it more day to day. It’s okay to grieve differently from one day to the next, the important thing is that you do it. Its a life long process I believe, I’m always a click away! ❤️
