Alejandro made me the King of Christmas for my nephew. He found out his foot was broken on Xmas eve morning, and I submitted the request to Alejandro, expecting a few days turn around. It was a couple of HOURS and my nephew was blown away. Family was tearing up at how sincere and personalized the message was. Officially a fan of his now and can't thank him enough for coming through when it was needed most.
