Diane was super friendly in messages, and then she went above and beyond in her video. I literally only asked her to quote on line of a movie and I would have been beyond thrilled with a 5 second clip of that. However, she spent time saying hello and quoting other lines before finishing off with my specific request. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Diane!
