I was really looking forward to receiving this Cameo for my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. The turnaround time was great (I did pay for the 24-hour rush). I was a bit disappointed in the end result, however... the feedback I got from the recipient was "he seemed annoyed to do this for us..." which isn't quite the reaction you want. That said, I appreciate him taking time from what seemed like his vacation to help me celebrate my folks.

What was planned to be a fun suprise for my best friend's 🎂 🥳, has left me feeling so disappointed. It would have been nice if he had read my posted story prior to filming. Instead, Kin struggled to read it during - skipping around, not comprending whatsoever. He was disheveled, messy, and careless on every level. He didn't bother to smile even once and even suggested some bar (in LA?) she should go to, we are in NY. Horrible experience with customer service to boot. Zero 🌟 wasn't an option but here we are.
