As always, Tim has delivered more than hoped for. He is so, so personable, like he's talking right to you and glad to be doing it. In this case, I wasn't even entirely sure exactly what message I wanted him to send, but somehow, Tim got it exactly right. I loved the video, and so did the recipients. I cannot even begin to explain how special this was. I had already done my makeup for work and had to go back and redo it, literally sobbing at how wonderful and special this was. My mom is going to be ecstatic!! Such a blessing that he took time out to do this for us. I will forever be grateful. My mom deserves the world and this comes pretty close.
