The video arrived, almost immediately, which was amazing! Steve acknowledged everything I’ll put in the peptalk as far as my information and everything. I love that he said my name! That, for me was a major highlight! L O L! And the video was very sincere and sweet and everything I could’ve hoped for. I will definitely be getting more videos from Him in the future! Thank you so much, Steve!!!

I cannot express how thankful I am that you took the time out of your day Steve to wish my beloved fiancé Jade a happy birthday! She was over the moon to see a personal message from you. She’s was over the moon to see a personal message from you. She’s not a crier, but you sure made her tear up. Also, you had asked your fans to tell you where they’re from in the video. We are from North Carolina. We cannot wait for the coming months when we can come see your show in person.

I submitted a Christmas present video request 3 weeks before Christmas and received the video later the same day! Only problem is waiting the 3 weeks to present the video to my mother (who watches the show daily). This was such an amazing video with the personalization and realness. I can’t wait to send the reaction video and hopefully Steve will be back for another season so we can see a show live! This will be one of her favorite presents for years to come.
