Words can't describe how I feel right now after watching this video. I was trying to wait until my b-day party in December but I couldn't, so I watched it anyway. This is my second cameo from Mr. Picardo. It was heart-felt, genuine, and personable. Thank you so much for all that you do for us fans. This video put a HUGE smile on my face.
