The amount of time & thought Mr. Picardo gave to this video was extremely generous, and his sincerity & genuineness came through. Both my friend and I were moved by the personal touches he added to make it a special moment for both of us. The anecdotes and the acknowledgment of our longstanding friendship really hit home.
