The personalized birthday video was perfect. I laughed so hard I cried. And when I watched it I happened to be wearing mascara so I ended up looking a bit like a raccoon the rest of the day from my tears of joy. Hahaha. It's always a good sign when someone makes you laugh so hard you cry! Thanks, Rick! The turnaround time was also impressive. I can't wait to see my husband's response when I share it with him as a surprise. We will never forget this amazing and hilarious birthday greeting.

I cannot begin to tell you just how amazing the video was that Rick made for my son. He's leaving for university overseas and has played Rick's 'encouragement' video many times in past few days. Every time we watch it, we laugh and smile. Louis is one of our favorite TV characters ever and this was the PERFECT going away gift for our son.
