Unfortunately I won’t be able to run this one due to my left shoulder being injured again and after working and considering all possible outcomes with my healthcare team it’s not worth the risk of injuring it further. Although I’m down & out I am looking forward to coming back stronger for the 2024 Marathon Running season.
