I am not surprised that Nancy's video was great.She assumes the best about people, I can see that from all the other wonderful reviews. She gave me the impression that while she was doing the video, she was concentrating on me. Like she doesn't know the meaning of the word canned. I marked my video as asking a question, but she gave me great encouragement. I think one of her main missions in life is to help people smile.
